Extremely spacious rooms with lovely views and a balcony overlooking the Riva promenade, fabulous stay! Tasteful decor.

The venue was nice, I loved the location so close to restaurants and shops and the centre of old town Split, and city views. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was very good. The location was nice - just 5 minutes' walk from a large fortress.

The views from our Beautiful Double Room with Sea View were amazing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Toma, the host, was helpful, giving us great recommendations for local food and drink spots. Plus, the proximity to the harbor made exploring easy!

The location was central, allowing easy exploration of popular sites in Split. Accessing the apartment involved quite a climb-about 3.5 flights of narrow stairs, which might be challenging for those with heavy luggage. The entrance area could use some attention. It had garbage and unpleasant odors. I also noticed limited amenities, such as a lack of a stocked coffee bar and no welcome bottles of water. Despite these issues, the room itself wasnice and neat, with everything needed for a cozy stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, ideal for preparing meals if you want to experience local groceries. While my stay had its drawbacks, the beautiful views and Toma's hospitality shone through.

The sea view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed the cable programming during downtime and felt right at home with our non-service dog. The spacious layout was perfect for our family gatherings.

My wife says that a few more child-friendly amenities would have been great.

A beautifully modern room with a panoramic sea view. The air conditioning was superb amid the summer heat. Toma, our host, was cute, sharing great local tips. Accessing the room required climbing numerous stairs, but the comfort made it worthwhile. Highly recommended for a short getaway!

We loved the spacious layout and the fine marina views from our beautiful suite. Super nice team, especially with local tips for food and fun things to do. Proximity to the Old Town makes everything easy!

Room had useful amenities like an electric kettle, a personal safe, and air conditioning. the location was really nice, just a short 10-15 minute walk to a beautiful hillside park 🌳.

We had a great trip at this place located on the port, the staff was friendly, the service was good, and the food was fabulous.
